The Effect of Organizational Characteristics on Inter-organizational Linkages – On the Basis of Elderly Employment Project Executing Organizations

Abstract—This study aims to find out the effect of organizational characteristics of Elderly Employment Project executing nonprofit organizations on inter-organizational linkages. This research analyzed the 657 nonprofit organization staffs data from ‘2011 Elderly Employment Project Executing Organization Survey’. The major findings are as follows: First, the mean inter-organizational linkages score appears to be 3.808 out of 5.000 point maximum scale, which means ‘good’ level. Second, correlations among major variables are statistically significant. Third, formalization and communication are only statistically significant variables.

Index Terms—Elderly employment project, inter-organizational linkages, organizational characteristics, multiple linear regression analysis.
