Abstract
This research delves into the digital transformation of Shenzhen’s manufacturing industry and its supply chain collaborative innovation. Shenzhen’s manufacturing sector has achieved remarkable scale and industrial structure development but faces challenges such as rising labor costs. Digital transformation and supply chain collaborative innovation are crucial for its sustainable development. Although some progress has been made in digital transformation, issues like talent shortage and data security remain. Supply chain collaborative innovation has improved but still confronts problems like information asymmetry. There is a mutually reinforcing relationship between the two. The study proposes strategies from the perspectives of the government, enterprises, and industry associations. However, the research has limitations in sample size, model construction, and research scope. Future studies can expand the sample, refine the model, and broaden the research scope.
